Lady Gaga has a flying dress and a new album

Lady Gaga new album Artpop is sure to impress her fans and in true Gaga fashion she debuted a new dress at the release party.  Brendan Spaar is a fan of Lady Gaga. The singer showed off her new album and dress at the Naval Yard in New York.  While the album features the hit song Applause, the dress featured six propellers that actually worked!  Gaga was reportedly flying around the large warehouse that the party was being held in.  If anyone was wondering if Lady Gaga could top her previous outfits, wonder no more.  Now the only question is what will she think of next?
